So we found a great idea (from pinterest) to frame our buliders grade bathroom mirrors. If you remove those ugly plastic clips and replace with a flatter washer you can then frame mirror with trim. This is "his" bathroom before...

 Her bathroom before...

"Her" bathroom after, hubby used liquid nails to adhere the trim too the mirror.

"His" bathroom after, trim got a coat of black paint...I love the way these turned out!

Here's a chair that came from my grandma's house. I starting tearing the material off and it actually had horse hair stuffing in the seat! I have it all finished now, and I'll post pics later!

Here is the chair finished. I opted for a seaweed/coral fabric, to fit with the nautical decor in our masterbedroom. I painted the frame of the chair with some left over paint I already had. It's Mr. Whiskers favorite perch :)

I found this great nautical magazine rack at a local treasure shop. I should  have taken a before pick, because it was an old nasty finish with some broken rungs and a crack in the front. My honey (home decor assistant) helped me fix it up, and finally with a coat of black cabinet paint from Home Hardware it looks great I love it!
